If you are a current or future* patient (already referred by your Primary Care Provider) and have any inquiry (including questions about your upcoming surgery, symptoms, prescription refills etc.) - you can contact our Nurse Practitioner using the form below to discuss. She will be able to answer your question, or pass it along to Dr. Livingstone as needed.
*Any questions about your position on the waitlist for in clinic assessment can be directed to your Primary Care Provider that made the referral. If you are awaiting surgery please note our average wait times for routine surgery at the Holy Cross are 3-4 months, and at the SHC they are 12-16 months
